Delivery

Our delivery charges cover the cost of processing your order and sending it out by 2nd class post.  If you'd like something sent out more quickly, please give us a call to ask about 1st class or special delivery.  (We are exploring courier delivery services but haven't found anything suitable yet).

We aim to post out orders within 5 days.  If an item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know the likely delay to delivery.

Our current charges are £3.95 for orders under £30 and £5.95 for orders over £30. 

If you would like something sent abroad there may be an additional charge, so please contact us to confirm the price.

Returns

We will offer a no-quibble exchange or refund on returned goods, as long as they're still in perfect condition and are returned within 30 days of being posted out by us.

If we've sent you damaged goods or the wrong thing, we will offer you a refund or exchange and we'll cover your postage and packing costs, but if you've just changed your mind, we’ll refund the cost of goods, but not the postage.  We hope that’s fair.

Please obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. You are automatically insured for up to £30 when you send something first or second class, as long as you get a free certificate of posting. Other post options can give you greater insurance cover.
