Arkadash Sweatshop-free and organic cotton clothing

We love the sunshine!

Check out our great summery gear for men and women from fab French brand Ideo and the ever popular People Tree, all made from organic cotton, easy to wear and easy to care for. We’ve also got beautifully soft denim jeans and skirts from Hug for that little bit of luxury.

With recent documentaries about sweatshops and cosmetics on TV, more and more people are looking for ethical alternatives, in both clothes and bodycare. We want to provide a good range, so let us know if you’ve got any product recommendations and ideas. Remember to look for new products and bargains on our New! and Ooh Look! sections.

We hope to see you in the shops soon or come and see us out on tour over the summer.

Turkish lesson no. 5 - Vital phrases for the summer: I’m on holiday! - Ben tatil’deyim!; I really like the sea / sunshine / beach / Turkish Delight – Ben denizi / güne?e / plaj? / lokumu çok seviyorum; Two ice-creams please - Iki tane dondurma, lütfen.

Arkadash is the Turkish word for friend. It's a clue to how we want to do business, respecting the rights and needs of workers and farmers, using natural resources as carefully as we can, treating our suppliers and customers well, being friendly to the planet and the people around us. Wanna be friends?
