Postage and packing
When you order from the web, p&p will be calculated, based on the number of items you've bought. This covers the cost of packaging and 2nd class post. If you'd like something sent out more quickly, please give us a call and we can work out a price for 1st class or special delivery.

If you order by post, postage is £2.00 per item, up to a maximum £9.00. The web price of boots and shoes includes an additional £3.50 towards postage, because they're a lot more expensive to send than a t-shirt!

If you want to avoid postage costs altogether, check out the events page and come and shop with us face to face! If you're coming for something specific, call us a couple of days before and we can check we've got it in stock and save you a wasted journey.

Delivery
If your order is in stock, we'll send it out by 2nd class post, within 28 days. Out of stock goods may take 6-8 weeks to deliver to you. We'll get in touch if we don't have what you want.

If you're in Leeds or Chorlton, we may well just come and put it through your door.

If you want something urgently or if you want to be sure it's in stock, please give us a call on 0161-881 9500 or email hello@arkadash.co.uk. Please make sure you leave us an email address or telephone contact number so we can get back to you, if nobody's around when you call.

Gifts and Gift Vouchers
We are very happy to send goods to other addresses and can arrange gift packaging if you'd like us to. Again, please give us a call, to get a personal service!

If you want to let someone make their own choice then we can offer gift vouchers for any amount.

Returns
We will offer a no-quibble exchange or refund on returned goods, as long as they're still in perfect condition and are returned within 30 days of purchase.

If we've sent you the wrong thing or damaged goods, we will offer you a refund or exchange and we'll cover your postage and packing costs, but if you've just changed your mind, unfortunately at the moment, we are too small to absorb postage costs and can't refund them, so you'll need to pay to send the goods back.

Please obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. You are automatically insured for up to £30 when you send something first or second class, as long as you get a free certificate of posting. Other post options can give you greater insurance cover.

To save on postage you can always return goods to us at a local event, if that's convenient, but if you want an exchange, please call beforehand so we can make sure we have the stock with us at the event you're coming to. (See the calendar for event details).

Trade descriptions
We try to describe the goods on this site as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur and colours can look different on different computer screens. If for any reason you feel goods have been misrepresented and you are not happy with what you have received, please tell us why and send it back to us stating whether you want to exchange it or get a refund.

If you are returning something, whatever the reason, we'd really like to know why. We need your feedback to make things better.
